I have been struggling to keep my mind focused. The main reason for this list was to help with my focus. There has to be a way for history not to repeat itself. But I catch myself in the same old habits and making poor choices. Perhaps I need some assistance.

Hmmm.. . want to say something poignant here but . .you are one of the more focussed people I know. I not a little too much . .go with the flow. You've done well so far. Bike, license, jacket, helmut . . that's a pretty focussed goal if you ask me! Can't help with poor choices . . .guilty as charged! (your capture is kacky!)

hmm my captures always seems to describe my mood at the time of posting....
I wish I was content to go with the flow, but my mind goes to dark places if I leave it to wander on its own. I have to be vigilant.
