Something new in decadence

There is a little island in Scotland called Islay. It is chock full of whiskey distilleries and from all the pictures I have seen it looks delightfully idyllic. Several years ago a farm was converted into a new distillery and it was the first to be built on the island in 124 years!


The distillery is Kilchoman and my oh my they have produced a little tasty number in their Spring 2010 relsease. It was pretty special to have a taste out of perhaps the first two bottles to hit Australia.



I am unsure if GB realises the monster he has created by taking me along to a whiskey night last year.
