I personally was pushed to my physical limits on the weekend and my muscles are still recovering. I was going to take photo’s of the bruises I have all up and down my arms and legs but decided that it was probably best to keep that sight to myself.
We had 3 training session on Saturday (all up about 6 hours) and on Sunday we had 2 training sessions (approx total of 3 hours). This photo was taken after the last training session on the Sunday.
